These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GoExtraCash app and website, operated by HH WASTE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. By using our service to sell your device, you agree to these terms.
Quotes & Pricing
The price we quote is based on the information you provide about your device and its condition. The final price is confirmed at the time of pickup, after our associate verifies the device. If the actual condition differs from what was described, the price may be revised, and you are free to decline and keep your device at no cost.
Device Ownership
- You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device and have full authority to sell it.
- The device must not be stolen, lost, blacklisted or subject to any financing, lien or legal dispute.
- You are responsible for removing all personal data, accounts and locks (such as Google or iCloud) before pickup.
- GoExtraCash never buys or sells stolen phones and cooperates fully with law-enforcement authorities.
Pickup & Payment
Pickup is offered free of charge in serviceable locations at your chosen date and timeslot. Payment is made at the time of pickup via your selected method — cash, UPI or bank transfer. Please provide accurate contact, address and payment details to avoid delays.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before pickup is completed. GoExtraCash may also cancel an order if the device cannot be verified, the details provided are inaccurate, or ownership cannot be established.
Limitation of Liability
GoExtraCash is not responsible for any personal data left on a device after it has been handed over. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction is limited to the agreed price of the device in that transaction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
